Interested in how material choices can be used to alter the character of a textile, Jodie Posen has created imagery based on the left-over and incidental patterns and marks from other forms of textile- making: including left-over materials, scraps and shadow prints from screen printing. The project gives life to the potentially discarded patterns of studio-life, celebrating the accidental and fortuitous.
